EquusEmbrace was founded by Claudia Lamphere as a result of her dream of building an organization that uses horses to help people.   

     Claudia has a lifetime involvement with horses and is an accomplished horsewoman.  In college, she competed for the University of Oregon Equestrian Team.  During the past two decades, Parelli Natural Horsemanship has had a major impact on Claudia's life with horses.  This association was instrumental in the development of EquusEmbrace and natural horsemanship is an integral part of the program. 

     In addition to her skill with horses, Claudia's training in life coaching and her well-developed intuition and empathy enable her to find significant insight into the problems of others.  She helps clients find answers to their life questions and shows them pathways to their dreams.

     Claudia is certified by the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association and by the Conversations with God Institute in life coaching.  She works with a licensed therapist when specific diagnoses or circumstances suggest.
